Oakmeadians RFC are pleased to announce the appointment Crispin Cormack to the post of Head Coach for the 2012/13 season

Oakmeadians Chairman, Andy Walton, said ‘We would like to thank Tom for the help and support that he has given the club during his time with us. We have been very honoured to have him as our Head Coach and we wish him luck in the future”. Andy continued “We are pleased to be able to offer Crispin the role of Head Coach, he has been with the club for two years as our Back’s Coach and has supported Tom in the day to day management of the team”. “It is very important that clubs at our level ensure that they have coherent succession planning in place to ensure a successful transition and with Tom’s help Crispin has afforded us that opportunity”.
Cormack has had a packed playing career, starting his adult game at London Welsh while studying Law in London he then moved to Cardiff Harlequins and on to Pontypridd RFC, playing in the Heineken Cup. In 1996, Crispin toured to Australia with Wales playing 5 games and finishing top try scorer. He achieved a level 3 coaching qualification in 2007, coaching the Cardiff Blues Development squad before taking the role of Head Coach at Cardiff Harlequins.
Crispin moved to Poole in December 2010 to take a job with Coles Miller Solicitors as a Legal Executive dealing primarily with Personal Injury.
