Notice of an Extraordinary General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that an extraordinary general meeting of the company will be held at The Pavilion, Meyrick Park Central Drive, Bournemouth, BH2 6LJ on 21 October 2009 at 7.30pm for the following purposes.
1. To consider, and if thought appropriate, pass the proposed amendments to the constitution, as set out on the documents below
2. On the basis that the constitution changes are approved, to elect a Chairperson for the current season.

Should anyone require a hard copy of the proposed changes please contact either Rebecca Davies or Kelly Neil. Hard copies are available at the clubhouse or via post by submission of a stamp addressed envelope.
